Phenolic resin for friction materials
Uses: It is mainly used in vehicle brake sheets,shoe block, clutch plate, train brake shoes etc.
Application Characteristic: Resistant to high temperature, high thermal decomposition temperature, good stability. Products feature high friction factors, low friction wear, high impact strength, good flexibility and high sofeness.
Application Guide: additon amount: 10-15%.
Package: In kraft paper bag lined with plastic bag, net wt. 25kg/bag.
Storage: Stored indoors in dry and draughty place, avoid direct sunlight, kept away from heat source. Shelf life is 6 months with temperature below 25℃.
