Phenolic Reinforcing Resin(Trade Name BQ-205)
There are three types: Phenolic Reinforcing Resin; cashew nut oil modified resin; tallol modified resin.
Uses: It is reinforcing agent of NR and several SR(as SBR, NBR, CR, IIR, EPDM), used for tyre, heel, sole, conveyer belt etc.
Application Characteristic: It can increase plasticity of rubber before sulphurized, after sulphurized, it can effectively increase tensile strength, hardness, module, improve its ageing resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, solvent and petrol resistance, and have excellent wear resistance.
Application Guide: Using the resin, need solidify agent HMT. As reinforcing agent, its reference use is 8-10%, HMT is 1% of rubber.
Package: Packaged in weaving sack with inner plastic bag, net weight is 25kg for each.
Storage: Kept in indoor, dry and ventilating, protected from heat and fire, the storage life is one year. The products that exceeded storage life and qualified can be used.
