Butyl-phenolic Curing Resin
Uses: It is curing agent of NR and several SR, also as tackifier of CR, printing ink, sticking tape etc.
Application Characteristic: Sulphurized rubber has ageing resistance and media corrosion resistance (as acetic acid). The resin and CR have good inter miscibility, and soluble in the solvent of dissolving CR.
Application Guide: The reference use of the resin is 5-10% of rubber.
Package: Packaged in weaving sack with inner plastic bag, net weight is 25kg for each.
Storage: Kept in indoor, dry and ventilating, protected from heat and fire, the storage life is one year. The products that exceeded storage life and qualified can be used.
